For this reason, I believe it’s important to learn about each patient’s hand function before injury, understand what he or she would like to achieve from surgery, and develop a customized treatment plan to achieve the goals.” He adds, “Hand surgery is gratifying because it allows me to offer creative solutions to address each of my patient’s unique needs.”
